Receptionist and Office Administrator

**The role**:
Kivells are looking for a full time, permanent Receptionist and Office Administrator at the busy Holsworthy Livestock Market.
This is an exciting and varied opportunity for someone with experience of working within the agricultural sector.

- possess excellent customer service skills
- be organised, computer literate and be able to work on their own
- have background knowledge in agriculture (advantageous)
- possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle
**Duties will include (non-exhaustive)**:
- Assisting clients both face to face and by telephone
- Provide support to the auctioneers
- Help to write, proofread and create leaflets, brochures, catalogues for sale, market reports and other marketing materials
- Any other duties as required including contributing to necessary office tasks to ensure housekeeping
**The Salary**:
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.00pm. Additional hours for some weekend sales and shows may also be required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
