**Complex Care Assistant - Days, afternoons and some sleeping nights**

**Pontefract - £10.00 - £14.00 p/h -Weekly Pay**

**Mileage paid at 35p per mile**

**Shift Pattern: 07.00 - 09.00/ 07.00 - 16.00/ 16.00 - 18.00 (some sleeping nights)**

**Prestige Nursing & Care Ltd Wakefield are recruiting for reliable and caring Complex Care Assistants for our client in the Castleford area. Working alongside another health professional to help our client with some personal care, Accessing the communityduring the day and also includes some weekends away - sleeping nights.**

**Experience of working within Complex Care would be an advantage but full training is provided**

**Being employed as a Carer by us means**:

**Your role will include**:

- Prompting medication
- Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
- Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
- Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans

**We're looking for**:

- Experience of working within Complex Care, such as ventilation, PEG for diet, fluid and medication and cough assist is preferred, however full Complex Care training is given, and for this Care Assistant experience no less than 6 months is essential.
- Excellent communication skills
- A driver's licence is an advantage but not a requirement
- Good professional and personal references
