**THE ROLE: SEO MANAGER** We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our Performance Marketing team in Leeds. **ARE YOU OUR NEXT STAR PLAYER?** We need a self-starter to lead the SEO function for a key vertical under the PokerStars brand. You’ll need to be an SEO all-rounder with the ability to work and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders across multiple teams. You will need to be proactive to ensure SEO is visible and prioritised across the business. You’ll frequently liaise with developers, product, and content teams to ensure that SEO recommendations are fully implemented. You’ll be responsible for defining keyword ranking targets and working with the wider SEO team and external partners to achieve those targets. Ultimately, you will be accountable by reporting on results to key stakeholders. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both We will kit you out to work from homebut know that working as a team is what makes us great and spending quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned. **WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for an individual with international SEO experience to manage multiple websites across different regions in a regulated industry. Competence with key SEO tools such as GSC, Semrush and Ahrefs is a must and you will ll be comfortable working with popular crawling tools like Screaming Frog and Deepcrawl to identify and fix common SEO issues. A knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageousalong with a good understanding of JS implementation in relation to SEO and crawl. You will be confident in undertaking SEO onsite optimisation, putting together technical recommendations and performing keyword research. Strong Excel and presentation skills are essential and you must enjoy working alongside people with a wide variety of different skills, including editors, marketers, SEO specialists and developers. **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?** Our experience-based salaries are competitive.
