Despatch Clerk

**The Cooneen Group are currently recruiting for a Despatch Administrator on a permanent basis to join the Warehouse Team in Fivemiletown.**

**The Job**:
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare dispatch documentation for Customer orders as required and in accordance with Quality procedures
- Print labels for product as and when required
- Print box and pallet labels for all dispatches
- GRN goods as required from the Cooneen Supply Chain
- Assist in the preparation of weekly Despatch plans
- Book transport as per the agreed despatch plan
- Carry out stock takes as and when required for finished goods
- Be aware of ISO 9000 Standard Operating Procedure.
- Observe all Company Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies particularly in relation to Health and Safety, Harassment, Disciplinary and IT Security.
- Identify opportunities for improving the method of operation in your area of responsibility. Implement improvements which have been agreed with your manager.

**Essential Criteria**
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- 8 GCSEs at grade C or above including English & Maths or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning/Organising skills
- Can work on own initiative
- Can build relationships easily
- Meticulous/pays attention to detail

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience in manufacturing
- An office administration qualification
