**The Role**
- Establish, manage, grow, and develop the GB Natural Resources Downstream Facultative portfolio
- Foster and develop existing and new relationships with Facultative market
**The Requirements**
- Proven Natural Resources Insurance experience, either within Facultative Broking or Underwriting.
- Proven track record of facultative relationships, strategies, and program design
- Strong relationships in the Natural Resources Downstream Facultative market locally and overseas
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional client service and building of client relationships
- Proactive and diligent approach to all tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong skills in problem solving, planning, and budgeting
- High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
- Strong facilitation skills - able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong skills in planning and budgeting
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company
- Ability to demonstrate evidence of a highly professional and credible approach across the facultative market community
- Preferably educated to a degree, or MBA level (or country equivalent)
- Preferably with professional qualifications, e.g. ACII or similar country equivalent, or relevant industry experience
**Regulation and Controls**
- Own Risks and Controls (applicable to Facultative) within the Risk & Controls Assessment (RACA) and assess these to review continued likelihood, significance, impact and identify new risks
- Articulating and disseminating Facultative related best practices and protocols across GB, including accessing international markets
