We’re seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a permanent Receptionist at [Hotel Name]. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a close-knit, welcoming team in a lively and dynamic environment.

**Role Details**:

- **Schedule**: Two to three shifts per week, including Tuesday/Wednesday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, and varying afternoon/evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Flexibility is a key aspect of this role.
- **Hours**: Approximately 16 to 24 hours per week, with additional hours available to cover staff holidays and busy periods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reception Duties**: Greet guests with a warm welcome, process check-ins, and assist with check-outs. Ensure guests are well-informed and enjoy a seamless experience throughout their stay.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle telephone inquiries, make reservations, and manage bookings efficiently.
- **Public Area Maintenance**: Ensure all public areas are clean, welcoming, and well-organized.
- **Food & Beverage Service**: Assist in the bar and restaurant areas by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests’ dining experiences are exceptional.
