**Sales Representative: Installations and Partitioning**

**Description**
Fire Glass UK is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers, suppliers, and glaziers of Full-time fire and acoustic glass, and is looking to appoint a double glazing sales representative: at their Worsley Branch in Manchester.

Excellent telephone manner and sound administration skills.

Salary commensurate with experience. Plus, discretionary annual bonus.

**Working Hours**: 08:00 - 17:00

**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate and qualify leads by following through with targeted new and existing developments from planning to inquiry and order

2. Maintain, develop, and seek both existing and new decision-makers within the estimating, surveying, and procurement departments of Main Contractors, Joinery
Contractors and Partitioning Installers.

3. Identifying appropriate projects by means of contract leads, site visits, and observation of territory and new and existing customers.

4. Generation of inquiries and follow-through from estimating to their conclusion whilst keeping detailed intelligence regarding pricing and competition in the company CRM.

5. To be able and understand and read technical drawings, schedules, bills of quantities, and technical details regarding construction and certification of fire-rated and acoustic glass products.

6. Assist with the preparation of sales action plans and strategies.

7. Schedule sales activity using Outlook calendar.

8. To comply with the Key Performance Indicators relevant to the role of Sales
Representative (Installations and Partitioning) and actively engage in the monthly
KPI review process; includes producing the relevant evidence as required under the KPI process.

9. Assist with the development and maintenance of sales and promotional materials.

10. Support planning and direct marketing activities.

11. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.

12. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.

13. Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.

14. Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically, or in person.

15. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.

16. Carry out market research and surveys.

17. Participate in sales events.

18. Comply with the company’s policies and procedures as set out within the
Employee Handbook, Accreditation Manual (including Best Practice Quality
Guide) and the Health and Safety Manual, as updated from time to time.

19. Comply with the requirements for the role as set out within the company’s
Integrated Management System (currently comprising the Quality Management
System, Environmental Management System, and the Health and Safety
Management System), as updated from time to time.

20. Comply with the requirements of any Core Duties or other relevant procedural or policy documents applicable to your role.

21. To maintain the electronic quotation log thereby keeping it up to date and making sure that all new information and target dates successes and losses are recorded.
