**Summary**:
To provide implementation support on Praemium's CRM software, WealthCraft
and Investment Platform. By demonstrating a consistently high quality of client
service, the Implementation Executive will promote Praemium with the aim of
providing support to new and existing clients allowing to maintain and grow our
user licenses.
**Requirements of the role**:
IT literate, diligent individual with strong attention to
detail and good communication skills. A team player who is willing to work with
all parties in order to achieve excellence in the support they provide. Passionate
about client service and a good ambassador for Praemium.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Understanding our clients’ businesses and operating models in order
to deliver the software they need
- Supporting both the day-to-day and implementation of firms on both
WealthCraft CRM based adviser software and Investment Platform
- Supporting the communication of key messages to internal and external
clients
- Identifying new opportunities for the development of the software from
client feedback
- Supporting the account managers more technical queries as required
Implementation specifics:

- Setting up new WealthCraft CRM instances and Investment Platform
services for clients
- Troubleshooting software queries
- Updating and ensuring Corporate CRM is completed for all new firm
information
- Recording activities and support tickets within CRM
- Working with firms to help them identify workflow and reporting
requirements
- Supporting firms in data migration/data import for WealthCraft CRM and
Investment Platform
- Communicating changes for new releases
- Training existing client firms when they have new starters
- Obtaining feedback from firms on features
- User acceptance testing of product features

**General**:
In accordance with local laws and good corporate governance:

- Keeping records of correspondence with clients
- Recording all client conversations, either by telephone or face to face.
- Be aware of our Financial Crime policies and procedures and our
Complaints handling processes

**Experience/Qualifications**:
This is an entry level role into FinTech.
Previous knowledge and experience in IT training, implementation, sales or
support in a financial services business will be advantageous.
Hold or be interested in studying towards a professional qualification.
