**Conveyancing Assistant - Full or Part time - Permanent**

Our client is a well-established, Solicitor’s working across East Riding and Lincolnshire. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Grimsby team.

**Purpose of the Conveyancing Assistant Manager role**:
To provide cost effective administration and legal support to the partner and other fee earners in the team in the work of the Department.

**Conveyancing Assistant Responsibilities**:

- General administrative tasks, including monthly reporting on cases for client purposes and invoicing of files
- Managing your own caseload of files under the supervision of a more senior fee earner
- Drafting of documentation with support from the fee earner
- Manage the collation of matter start and matter completion data by agreement with the fee earners in the Department
- Comply with the department's policy in so far as own caseload is concerned regarding taking and confirming instructions; client care; file management; file organisation and file review procedures
- Reporting any issues or complaints immediately to the Partner
- Deputise for fee earners in their absence, if necessary
- Manage the collation of matter start and matter completion data by agreement with the fee earners in the Department
- Generation of suitable client care correspondence

**The Conveyancing Assistant Will Have the Following Requirements**:

**The Package and Benefits Offered to the Perfect Conveyancing Assistant**:

- Salary circa £21,000pa
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
