Mortgage Technical Assistant

**Are you a mortgage administration professional, looking for a new role in a dynamic and supportive environment?**
Due to continued success in providing mortgage advice to private clients, this successful mortgage broker requires a professional and proactive technical assistant to provide holistic support to the mortgage advisers.
Duties for this role will include:
- Responsible for gathering accurate research utilising up to date client information. Research gathered using internal and external I.T systems.
- Liaise with clients and the Mortgage Adviser to update online fact finds with client preferences.
- Excellent communication skills; maintaining a strong working relationship with the Mortgage Adviser
- Ability to prioritise and manage a high case load.
- CeMap qualification preferred

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
