**Senior Customer Consultant (Carmarthen)**:

**How you’ll make a difference**

You’ll support and deliver the societies strategy being the face of the Principality, welcoming and engaging with our members to fulfil their financial needs. You’ll lead by example, dealing with customers, solving their issues quickly and making sure they get a standout experience. You’ll also work closely with the branch manager to bring our Branch of the Future vision to life, getting out into the community to build long lasting relationships with local businesses and schools to demonstrate our commitment to the high street.

**What you’ll bring to the role**

With a background in customer service, you’ll be a people person, with the ability to make our Members feel welcomed and cared for. By dealing with customers openly, helping them find the right products and ensuring they feel supported, you’ll set a good example for your team. At the same time, you’ll be ambitious to build a rewarding and successful career and will be committed to developing your skills and experience as well as helping those around you to do the same.
