Our client is seeking an **Associate District Manager**to join the Speciality team in **Glasgow**as part of the Pest Division in the North of England and Scotland. You will join them on a full-time basis and in return will receive a **competitive salary, plus a flexible benefits package.**

**What you will do as their Associate District Manager**:

- Ensure teams maintain a clean and tidy vehicle and up to date serviced condition, drive in a courteous manner with participation in Mentor driving app to ensure risk rating is maintained at a low or very low level
- Regularly update, technical, procedural and Health and Safety knowledge and attend training and instruction as requested by your manager. To only undertake those operations for which you are trained and competent
- Maintain Company standards in dress and appearance at all times
- Comply with relevant Health & Safety, Environmental and employment legislation and Ecolab principles and objectives
- Accurately submit such information, reports and other paperwork as required at specified time intervals
- Liaise with the District Manager and other branch staff in a respectful manner and carry out other reasonable duties that you may from time to time be asked
- Observe Company principles and policies and present a professional image to customers and the public
- Complete FAR as required by the District Manager
- Participate in and promote Route 1 and Lead activity.

**As theirAssociate District Manager, you’ll need**:

- A proven record associated with bird proofing installations
- The ability to be flexible in working hours to ensure job delivery and customer satisfaction
- To be able to accommodate some overnight stays away from home
- A good level of literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to motivate a team to deliver high levels of quality and performance
- Good communication skills at all levels
- To be able to deliver results in a pressurised environment
- The capability of building strong internal and external relationships
- A IPAF, PASMA, Working at height Health, or Health and Safety qualification is desirable
