**People and Employment Law Advisor**:

- **Westbury, Wiltshire - Hybrid position**

- My client is a large prestigious main dealer, one of the biggest in the UK for their specific market with a large selection of vans & HGV vehicles.

**Duties of People and Employment Law Advisor**
- Provide hands on support to line managers for all people management requirements.
- Assisting with and advising on legal compliance and employment law matters.
- Carry out visits to sites to support all parties with people management requirements.
- Undertaking project work as directed by the Head of Department and business needs.
- Writing and submitting reports on HR activities, monitoring HR analytics.
- Ensuring company HR platforms are always correct and up to date, monitoring them daily.
- Utilising the LearnWorlds platform to create in-house trainings and e-learnings on people management and employment law topics.
- Assess the workplace to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Support Head of Department with data and reports to demonstrate how your individual and departmental KPIs are being met.

**Experience/Skills required for Position**
- You have substantial previous working experience in an employment law/legal role.
- You have previous working experience in a HR advisory role.
- You will preferably have at least Level 5 CIPD or equivalent.
- You have great attention to detail, time management skills, and you are process driven.
- You have experience developing and delivering training across a multi-site environment.
- You have brilliant administration skills and can adapt to work in high pressured situations.
- You are computer literate and confident using various software's and technologies

**What's On Offer?**
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm (Flexibility required when necessary)
- **This is a HYBRID role, meaning there will be a balance of working from home and the head office in Westbury. Please note, you will be expected to commute to the office 1 - 2 times a week and you may be expected to travel to other sites when required.**:

- Salary - This is flexible and STARTS at £30,000.
