Our Emergency Accommodation service works with statutory agencies across the South West to place homeless families and individuals on a temporary and emergency basis.

We are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative who has excellent attention to detail and can work well under pressure. This is a varied and busy role which covers all aspects of maintenance.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and working with the Maintenance team you will be carrying out a wide range of duties in our properties across the Bristol area.

You will ideally be skilled in Plumbing and possess the ability to carry out basic, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating etc.

Hours of work 40 per week Monday to Friday. Holidays 28 per year inclusive of bank holidays.

This role will require you to complete an Enhanced DBS check and have a full manual driving licence.

**Salary**: £10.50-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Property Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
