A highly prestigious trading client of ours are seeking a temporary Corporate Receptionist to join their team on an ongoing, temporary basis.

**MUST be Mandarin speaking**

JOB ROLE: Corporate Receptionist
- Mandarin speaking

COMPANY: Oil and Gas Brokerage

HOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

SALARY: £13 to £15 per hour, based on experience

LOCATION: Covent Garden, London

CULTURE: Luxury / Corporate offices, working within a friendly busy environment

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office in a professional manner
- Translation of documents from Mandarin to English
- Greeting VIP guests whose native language is Mandarin
- Answering switchboard system and transferring calls in a confident manner
- Booking lunches
- Arranging travel
- including booking flights, hotels and taxis
- Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- Liaising with staff in various departments
- Taking receipt of deliveries and arranging couriers
- Liaising with service providers

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Diploma in Management/ Business studies
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Highly organised and methodical nature
- A team player
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience of working in a client/customer facing role previously is desired
- IT skills
- efficient in Microsoft
- Polite and courteous nature
