**Employed Financial Adviser - Salary up to £50,000 DOE p.a. - OTE upto £100k + benefits** Are you a Financial Adviser looking to deliver holistic advice backed by the strength and security of one of the UK’s largest advice firms?Then look no further, we are seeking an employed Financial Adviser based anywhere in the UK. **Why is this such a great opportunity?** This is a specialised sector that requires a positive, assertive, attitude and approach - it is ideal for someone who likes a challenge and who wants to learn everything from the most simple to complex solutions for their professional clients. You don’t need to be the "finished article" to be considered attitude and willingness to learn go a long way. You will be provided with a client bank and will have leads provided, support will be given so you can continue to grow your client bank through referrals and new business. So, if you’re looking for a full-time, 35 hours a week employed financial advisory role,in a predominantly home-based role (90% of advice is given remotely), then this is the role for you. You can be based anywhere in the UK. **Benefits**: - Personal development - we offer great training programs and support you with external, professional qualifications. - Performance-based bonus uncapped, circa £75-100K p.a. realistic OTE with many advisers going over £100k in their first year - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 28 days with service anniversaries). - Buy extra holiday days or sell holidays you don’t need. - Car allowance of £4,600 **Want to apply?** - Level 4 Diploma (DipFA) as a minimum - Any of the following qualifications would be advantageous but not essential: AF3, AF7, JO5, G60, CF6, CeMAP. - Knowledge of investment, protection, and pension solutions - Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues If you're looking to further your career within a strong support infrastructure and with all the services and backing of a large and financially robust business, then we would love to hear from you.
