**The opportunity**

A PE backed software business is seeking a CFO who can partner with the CEO and wider SLT in executing their international growth strategy. They have backing from a highly reputable tech investor, who have an excellent track record within this particularSaaS vertical, successfully exiting a similar business for circa £500m last year.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide strategic financial advice to the board, contributing to the overall strategic direction, culture and values of the organisation
- Work with Executive and SLT teams to develop financial reporting and analysis to understand the performance of the business
- Work closely with the Executive team and Head of Finance to ensure that all finance processes are managed effectively and high quality data is available to the wider business to support decision making
- Provide an external interface with investment partners and other relevant external stakeholders in all jurisdictions in which the business operates
- Provide advice and manage investment relations, ongoing and future investment, M&A and exit strategies

**Key requirements**
- Prior experience in senior finance and leadership roles - Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director
- Qualified Accountant - CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- PE experience, reporting to investors in a high growth, scale-up environment
- Experience operating in an SaaS/Technology/Life Sciences business, ideally scaling revenue from sub £10m to £25m+
- Knowledge and strong experience implementing key SaaS metrics (ARR, CARR, ACV, churn/waterfalls), financial modelling and reporting
