Working hours 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.**

A global Loss Adjusting organisation who are truly passionate and understanding by offering a flexible working model and by full embracing and supporting individuals to grow and develop are now seeking an experienced Liability Claims Handler to join their TPA team. You will be working for an renowned international Insurance client utilising your technical experience by conducting liability investigations, assessing liability and quantum through to settlement on a cradle to grave basis. You will be dealing with Public Liability property damage claims.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Conduct investigations undertaken from the desk
- Handling Public Liability Property Claims on behalf of the client
- Assessing liability and quantum through to settlement on a cradle to grave basis
- Collate all relevant information - photographs, statements and documentation
- Undertake litigation management as required
- Assist in relevant fraud detection investigations
- Work within agreed KPI's and SLA's

**Applicant Requirements**:
**About you**:

- Technical Liability claims handling experience
- Experience of handling PL / Property damage claims (Third party)
- A good understanding of insurance law/policy interpretation
- Excellent investigation and interviewing skills
- Experience of liaising with corporate clients
- Good influencing skills
- The ability to listen and respond to people effectively
- Exceptional communication skills
- Industry qualifications, working towards or a desire to work towards
