The School of Science, Technology, Engineering & Professional is broken down into sections, of which Computing is one of them. It incorporates many facets of Computing - Database, Programming and Networking and the courses range from Level 2 to Higher NationalDiploma. It has a long and successful track record in providing high quality training, working with a large number of employers and training organisations.
We’re now looking for a Lecturer to teach both HE and FE vocational courses relating to Computing, predominantly on vocational Level 3 & 4 programmes. A key focus of this role is to help the Head of Section ensure that your students meet and exceed theirtarget grades, providing a high-quality student experience and outstanding outcomes in ICT. The role encompasses working on teaching schemes, assessment schedules and student monitoring.
A teaching qualification is not essential; however, we do ask that you are willing to achieve one in line with current regulations.
