We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Landscape **Coordinator** to join our team working between our Blairgowrie (PH10 7AL), Corriefodly (PH10 7JG) and Deeside (AB12 5FX) Holiday Parks, based predominantly in Perthshire.
This role would involve managing your time and your team effectively between these 3 Holiday Parks, proposing and completing projects to enhance and improve the grounds, shrubberies and overall appearance for our holiday guests. You will be required to work on your own initiative and to support and direct your team by showing pride and enthusiasm in your work, always ensuring a safe environment for your team and guests.
As the Landscape Coordinator, duties would include landscaping and maintenance of the Holiday Park grounds, planting, cutting, weed spraying, edging and guiding a small team to assist with these tasks at each Park. You will be liaising closely with the Operations and Park teams to ensure efficiency and completion of existing and new areas, in order to raise and maintain the gardens and grounds to a high standard for all guests. You will liaise with your manager on a weekly basis to share your plans, rota, future vision and any ordering requirements. As the Coordinator your role will include the training of your team on the machinery/equipment and ensuring their focus, enthusiasm and safety are met.
This is a full time position working approximately 35-40 hours per week, year round generally Monday to Friday however some weekend work may be required. Travel between the 3 Holiday Parks will be required on a regular basis therefore a Valid Driving Licence is essential. A licence to tow a trailer would also be beneficial. A vehicle is available for travel between the Holiday Parks.
Qualifications in horticulture would be preferred, as well as experience within a supervisory role. Certificates in spraying, chainsaw, operating machinery would be beneficial.
