We pride ourselves on our 'Customer First' approach, and to support this, we are looking for a Delivery Route Planner to join our Transport Team.

**Role Profile**
- Daily planning of routes for c 50 vehicles based in our Castleford depot - covering the deliveries in the North of England
- Planning around 1100 delivery drops a day with collections
- Planning to weight, cube and time
- Liaising with and allocating work to a predominantly subcontractor base
- Operational query handling and working with customer service teams to resolve issues

**Experience**
- Good geographical knowledge of the north of England
- Work well under pressure, part of a wider team of planners covering all sites
- Positive person with good communication and query resolution skills
- Good IT skills and ability to adapt to new routing systems
- Excel knowledge
