Trainee Sales Specialist - Skoda

Being part of Hawco Group you will be working for one of the few remaining family owned car retailers which has over 65 years’ experience delivering excellent service to motorists in the north of Scotland.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome customers/visitors to the business
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Naturally build trust and rapport with customers helping them to feel comfortable and at ease
- Identify and anticipate customers’ needs and direct them to an appropriate member of staff who can assist
- Process data accurately and on time
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the motor industry, new models and recent improvements/news
- General showroom housekeeping

What you’ll need:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, genuine and engaging personality
- Motivated towards career development
- Friendly and professional with enthusiasm for great customer service
- Smart personal appearance
- Team-player
- Previous motor industry experience is advantageous
- A full and valid UK Driving License
