We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our outstanding quality management team. This role will be a field based role, with various travel across the UK (Mainly Midlands) to support on-site within our Automotive Clients.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Team Leader, will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of between 10 - 15 people, which can increase during peak times.

Typically, this role will fall across a day shift - Monday - Friday 06:00am - 16:30pm. However due to the nature of the role, we do need some flexibility around this.

Weekend overtime is also available.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Leading and coaching a team of quality professionals
- Supporting the Business Manager with achievements and expectations
- Supporting on the set up of new projects
- Communication between the team and Business Manager
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times
- Supporting Shift Manager with 8D Investigations and 5S Audits
- Leading from the front by carrying out inspection duties alongside the team as and when required.
- Supporting the Business Manager with recruitment, inductions, appraisals and training.
- Proven leadership skills gained within an Automotive, Manufacturing, Production or Engineering environment.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues promptly, within a professional manner.
- Organised, resilient, with the ability to think outside the box.
- Due to the location, you must have access to your own vehicle.

This is a permanent position with progression opportunities available.
