**We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Marketing Executive to join the marketing team of a distributor within the Toy industry.**
**This role offers a hybrid pattern of 2/3 days in the office the rest WFH.**
This unique role of an Ecommerce Marketing Executive is to support the Marketing Team and play an important role in the promotion of getting the product in front of a customer through digital routes
**Key Responsibilities**
- Regularly review advertising spend including performance, ROMI and keywords
- Work closely with Finance and Sales to measure the impact of marketing activities
- Develop creative solutions for enhancements to product listings to maximise key products and deliver great immersive experiences
- Monitor and analyse performance to identify issues or trends and take corrective action
- Manage campaign expenses to stay on budget, estimate monthly costs
- Recommend budget changes to maximise/optimise sell through.
- Engage with other teams to share updates and reports
**Person Specification**
- Digitally minded, curious individual with proven experience within a data focussed marketing position
- Strong experience of managing online advertising accounts and be able to discuss online marketing opportunities in detail
- Knowledge in Amazon ads and accountability for all Amazon marketing activity and for structuring the account to deliver optimal ROMI / sell through performance.
**This role is located in Hampshire and is offering a £26,000 - £30,000 salary
