This **Recruitment Academy Training Program** specifically designed for Graduates will take you from being a Graduate with no experience in recruitment or Headhunting to being a fully fledged Headhunter within 12 weeks.

The scheme will see you trained in all aspects of the role, through in-house Partner training and practical exposure within 3 months you will be given autonomy and freedom to operate of your own back, with ongoing training there when you require it.
