Job Title: Designer

Location: Wellingborough, NN8

**Salary**: up to £35k per annum + bonus

Agenda Partnership have partnered with a Wellingborough based business who are recruiting for a Designer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Your role will include designing impactful, top-quality stands for a variety of clients, meaning a strong eye for design detail combined with a comprehensive technical knowledge to execute concepts into reality.

You will be working closely with a wider creative team enabling your designs to really stand out. Working closely with their internal sales channels, your interpretation will allow clients to deliver their objectives whilst managing the available budgets.

You will need to have a proven track record with 3D design, strong communication skills, and proficiency in design software.

Day to day your role will include:

- To design visually appealing stands for clients
- Identifying client brands, target audience, messaging, and goals for their programme before bringing them to life
- Attending pre-briefing meetings in order to capture full scope and understanding of the project
- Presenting design concepts, mood boards and 3D renderings to internal stakeholders and clients for feedback and approval.
- Ensuring your designs are centred around modular systems, to high technical standards, which meet health and safety requirements and can be delivered timely onsite.
- Handing over your design to the Project Management team for delivery, communicating with them on the integration and material finishes around the concept
- Staying current with industry trends, technologies and materials finishes

Skills and experience required, what you'll need:

- Strong, hands-on experience with CAD software (ideally VectorWorks)
- Strong visual rendering skills (Ideally using Artlantis or TwinMotion)
- Experienced in 3D designs working within the exhibition, events, or experiential sectors
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and experience in delivering successful projects (and be able to tell them why they were successful)
- Good project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Design software knowledge for the creation of presentation materials using the Adobe Creative suite of software (Ideally InDesign or Photoshop)
