**Can you do it?**

Reporting to the Head of Content and Brand, you’ll oversee the day-to-day workflow of our busy content function. From strategic planning to hands-on campaign delivery, you’ll ensure we meet deadlines, maintain high standards, and work collaboratively across the organisation.

This is a pivotal role where creativity meets structure - balancing storytelling with strategic planning to deliver meaningful, impactful content. You will:

- Be responsible for line managing the content team, supporting and empowering them to do their best work
- Oversee the day-to-day planning, creation, delivery and management of content across channels, including ownership of the content planning board/calendar
- Lead content planning meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Support the creation of content strategy
- Create and coordinate communications campaigns

**Is this 'you'?**

To be successful, you will have:

- Proven experience of line managing a team
- Proven experience in a similar campaign/content planning role
- Proven experience in managing and optimising creative workflows across design, copy, video, print and digital production
- Excellent project management, campaign planning and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hybrid working is available. Located in Greater Manchester (initially based in Stockport with a move to Manchester Science Park mid to late 2026).
