It seems the struggles through the pandemic are now a distant memory with my client who actually didn’t make any redundancies through the last 2 years and now are moving forward by adding a womenswear designer to the team in their North London office

They are searching for a softs designer to cover dresses, blouses, skirts for young fashion retailers. Somebody who has a track record in this market. Knows it, is able to keep and build relationships with buyers, work with a critical path, and of course the team around them

**MUST-HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED**

2/3 years womenswear softs design experience, and recent with a high street supplier covering woven and jersey
Worked recently with young fashion retailers, like River Island, TopShop, New Look etc
Excellent communication with a great rapport with buyers, factories, team around them
Initiative and market aware

**The company are one that is secure and with the market now getting back to where it was will have many opportunities to develop**
