We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with strong communication skills to work with our team in Newcastle. A successful applicant will be able to work as part of a growing, sociable team. Experience dealing with customers and problem solving will be required skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Customer Service Advisor at SMP, there are daily and weekly targets you will strive to meet. Whilst constant mentorship and training is provided, you will have responsibility to
- Represent our clients in a professional and welcoming way
- Dealing with customer inquires
- Acquiring new leads for our clients
- Learning product knowledge, Sales Skills & Marketing Strategies
- Work alongside and drive team performance
- Great communication skills.
- Great organizational skills.
- Be prepared to take on responsibility

- Must be driven and eager to take responsibility.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
