**People and Planning Lead - Hybrid - North Yorkshire - 10-Month FTC**

**Up to £47,700**

**10-Month Fixed Term Contract**

A leading financial services organisation are seeking a People and Planning Lead to join the team for 10 months in their North Yorkshire office. This role will require you in office 1 day per week.

Responsibilities will include:

- Prioritising business needs by balancing supply and demand
- Converting these supply and demand assumptions into accurate forward-looking resource/portfolio sequencing/roadmap plans
- Identifying trends/collating information/providing accurate MI
- Providing consistent forecasting and planning
- Identifying where changes may be necessary to optimise resource supply levels
- Experience as a People and Portfolio Planning Analyst
- Strong analytical skills/experience
- Ability to plan for future changes
- Experience of performing people/capacity planning across a portfolio of change
- Experience using Planview (or a similar PPM tool)
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall
