We are looking for a Purchasing /Receiving Officer with responsibility for the Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger administration.

**As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Responsibility for purchase ledger administration across the business
- Manage the AP inbox
- Coding, checking, uploading, posting and matching of invoices
- Manage a range of supplier accounts including regular statement reconciliations
- Successful query resolution with internal departments and external suppliers
- Effective monitoring of the PO system
- Reconciliation of the AP ledgers across several entities
- Processing of internal company expense claims
- Processing payments
- Accounts payable and payments reporting
- Ad hoc support to the Financial Accountant & Group Financial Controller

- Accurate AP processing
- Timely supplier reconciliation processes and payments
- Successful working relationships with suppliers to resolve queries
- Driving improvement and efficiency initiatives of internal processes

- Proficient use of accounting software packages (Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
