**Healthcare Assistant - Complex Care (Child)**

**Location - Lincoln**

**Pay - £12 - £22.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.**

**Shift - Days and Nights (Monday - Sunday)**

**Full Training Provided**

We are recruiting for a team of carer's to work with our client who is a 10 year old, remarkable young girl who loves to live her life to the fullest following an acquired brain injury, that lives at home with her family. Her care team must be fun and ongoing, be able to provide the highest quality of care and work well in a team at all times. The role will involve overseeing all health-related support, which includes maintaining her respiratory status and medication as required, enabling her to be involved in activities and interact with the community.

We are looking for carer's who can deliver person centered care in line with a personalized care plan, created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client.

You will be fully supported by our highly skilled Nurse Managers, who are on hand to support and guide all of staff, to ensure the highest standards of care and an excellent pathway of professional development.

**What Experience We Require**:
Essential requirements
- Must be a driver and 21yrs and over

(Desirable but training will be provided)
- Suctioning
- Epilepsy
- Seizure management
- Medication
