We have an exciting opportunityto join our existing HR team**on a full-time, permanent** basis.

Whilst experience can be a bonus, we are also looking for those of you who have a hunger for learning and wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove office with hybrid working.

Our next **HR Advisor**will be leading on all areas of employee relations.You will form part of a wider HR team and will actively manage specific projects and support the HR Manager in order to deliver the Group’s strategic plan.

**Key Responsibilities as our HR Advisor will include**:

- Manage a range of routine and complex HR related cases from end to end, advising and providing solutions consistent with AFH’s company policies and procedures and in line with employment legislation.This will include a full range of cases including conduct,grievance and capability management, up to dismissals, appeals and tribunals.
- Support and guide Managers and Employees on well-being issues including long term absences.
- Produce monthly MI and appropriate analysis.
- Lead on a range of HR projects including conducting research as necessary and writing and presenting information.
- Support on acquisitions, TUPE and organisational change projects when required.This will involve liaising with appropriate departments internally and affected employees to ensure change takes place successfully.
- Coach and influence Managers to develop their people management skills.
- Continually act as a performance improvement driver provoking changes in performance and people management.

**What we are looking for in our ideal HR Advisor**:
**Preferable**
- Level 5 CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role.

**Essential**
- Experience of managing/advising on complex ER cases from end to end.
- Excellent knowledge of current UK employment legislation and ACAS guidelines
- Previous experience of implementing and advising on a broad spectrum of HR policies with managers and employees.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to interact with key stakeholders at all levels with confidence and credibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively.
- Be keen to learn, interested in driving your own career progression and be proactive in taking ownership.
- Embrace change and continuous improvement.
