Our client provide a range of Data & Analytics solutions and services to varying industries. They were formed in 1985 and have a headcount of 150 spanning across 3 offices, Sunbury (HQ), India and America.

**Summary**
You will be responsible to lead and inspire a team of high-performing data scientists and data analysts, and to provide advanced analytics and business intelligence to internal and external stakeholders. You act as a role model, lead and support your team tomeet the objectives, and set the direction to deliver successful projects on time and to the budget using the latest tools and techniques.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Oversee research by gaining industry knowledge and consulting with clients and create a strategic roadmap for the delivery of business intelligence and analytics projects through their entire lifecycle
- Handle multiple projects at the same time and communicate with all relevant project stakeholders
- Mentor and provide guidance to your team and potentially, other teams in your area of expertise
- Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
- Strategic and forward thinking of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your team and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure the highest standards, organisational expectations, and regulatory compliance (ex: GDPR, etc.)
- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Advanced skills with data analytics, business intelligence and data visualisation tools -Power BI & Tableau, and strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders
- Working knowledge of SQL and Data management techniques
- You’re able to connect with the right complimentary people in the business to tackle new and complex business problems with a data-driven perspective
- The ability to work within a fast-paced business with demanding customers/management, whilst retaining a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Extensive experience with a professional services firm in SaaS businesses, and an internal strategy/analytics group or a similar environment
- Good project management skills with a proven track record of successful project deliveries using Agile methodologies
- Experience with machine learning and AI is a plus
