Analytics Operations Lead

**Job Responsibility**:
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Lead and manage all the Platform Operations function across the Neuron, VAN & MC2 projects ensuring high quality of E2E support engineering capabilities are deployed for all the LM.
- Lead the L1 Traiget support function to ensure high levels of quality and SLA compliance for all support issues for MC2
- Work with VOIS Operations / Group and LM teams to ensure robust Operational E2E processes are in place covering platform SLA from the source to the GCP layer, release, bug fixes, minor changes, and automated deployment processes.
- Operational Demand Alignment with the Neuron ,VAN & MC2 Business projects
- Change Management & INC management, for Neuron ,VAN & MC2 projects from the Platform Operations
- Ensure appropriate Monitoring and Alerting instrumentation and processes are in place to be able to proactively detect and respond to platform failures and issues across Neuron ,MC2 & VAN projects.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Statistical Reporting on Platform Operations and present periodic trend analysis for all the Neuron, VAN & MC2 projects
- Driving the smooth day to day business operation for all local markets and Business Entity
- Manage the OPEX Cost and look into the Resourcing for the Operations bandwidth and plan governance across Neuron, MC2 & VAN projects.
- Streamline the ITIL Process
- Coordinate and work with the Data Products team within MC2 from the Platform Operations.
- Service Transitioning from the IT Delivery to the Operations Team and Onboarding Process
- Implement Security Monitoring tools that are required to maintain the CSB Compliance across Neuron, VAN & MC2 programmes
- Drive the GCP Neuron Platform towards the CSB target set for the organization as per the Compliance
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Proven experience of Technical lead across international large and complex program preferably with DWH/Bigdata/Cloud systems impact.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with IT operations management including the use of ticketing tools such as JIRA, Remedy, Jenkins etc.
- Experience in working and operate cloud platforms including GCP
- Strong experience in DevOps methodologies, process and tools including code release, automated testing, cloud environment instrumentation.
- Good understanding about financial and cost monitoring concerning cloud services
- Ability to efficiently allocate work, track the deliverable and contribute as necessary while ensuring consistent quality.
- Manage stakeholders, Expectations and deliver consistent value to the client.
- Ability to respond quickly to issues and risks
- Orientated for process improvements
- Ability to Identify process gaps and technical debt
