**Quantity Surveyor**

**Co. Down**

**Salary - £35,000 - Benefits - Healthcare, enhanced holidays, hybrid working, BUPA + others**

Due to continued growth, I am working with a leading Fitout company who are seeking for a QS to join their successful team on a permanent full time basis

**Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will**
- Oversee the construction process - ensure that the project stays on budget and on schedule.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and develop a budget.
- Manage subcontractors
- Prepare estimates and cost reports
- Work closely with the commercial manager
- Assist the production dept with estimating
- Prepare of Cost/Value reconciliations
- Procurement of materials and/or sub-contractors
- Variation preparation and analysis
- Sub-contract payments

**About you**
- +1 years experience of working within a QS role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Down, County Down: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
