Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new permanent role?

Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be supporting a business in the Chesham area in their search to expand their Credit team.

Due to growth within their business this Chesham based business are seeking an experienced (ideally 8 years+) Credit Controller.

This one-of-a-kind and unique manufacturer are searching for someone to take full control of all things receivable and need someone used to managing a large ledger.

This position will manage 400+ accounts and over 3000 clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the collection of debts from company debtors
- Allocation of customer receipts
- Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers credit rankings via credit checks.
- Setting up of terms and conditions of credit
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Managing client queries
- Investigation and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices
- Processing daily invoicing
- Working to strict monthly collection targets/deadline
- Providing holiday/sickness cover for the finance team
- Other financial and administration tasks to ensure a smooth-running finance department
- Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience within a similar role
- Experience of working with a Sage 200
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Good problem-solving skills
