**MEAM NAVIGATOR - 2 POSTS - FIXED TERM (18 MONTHS)**
We are seeking to recruit two additional Making Every Adult Matter Navigators, (MEAM) to work as part of our Changing Futures team. Providing a person-centred and trauma informed approach to co-ordinate support for individuals who experience multiple unmet needs, working directly with individuals to build trust and supporting them to access a range of services to enable them to achieve their goals.
The post holders will have excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and the ability to work in an empowering and enabling way with individuals who have a history of rough sleeping and experience multiple unmet needs.
