**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible **Safety Hosts** to join our dynamic team. As a Safety Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, creating a secure and enjoyable atmosphere across our venues. You’ll act as the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming and professional experience while maintaining a safe environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet guests** warmly and monitor the entrance and exit points to ensure a safe flow of people.
- **Maintain** a visible presence on the floor, responding to incidents, concerns, and emergencies.
- **Monitor** venue capacity and enforce safety regulations.
- **Assist in **crowd management and intervene in any disruptive behavior with a calm and professional demeanor.
- **Conduct** routine safety checks around the venue, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- **Liaise with **management, security personnel, and emergency services when necessary.
- **Provide** first aid assistance when required (training will be provided).
- **Handle** guest queries and support the overall customer experience by offering friendly and attentive service.

**Requirements**:

- **2 years experience** within a similar role would be preferred
- **A calm and professional attitude**, with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
- **Strong communication** and interpersonal skills.
- **Ability to **remain vigilant and proactive in ensuring guest and staff safety.
- **Availability to** work shifts, including late nights and weekends as per business needs
- **Basic knowledge** of health and safety regulations (training will be provided).
- **First Aid Certification** is a plus, but training can be arranged.
- **Must be** flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
