Part time dental receptionist for a large, busy mixed NHS/Private practice in Southport.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual, with good presentation skills to join our team along with the following requirements:

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Be willing to learn and progress
- Confident telephone manner
- Be able to work well with a team
- Cope well under pressure
- Previous dental experience necessary

**The job would include**
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Ensuring the diary is properly managed
- Dealing with patients queries and concerns
- Working closely with clinicians
- Making patients aware of our services

Full training will be provided

Salary to be discussed

**Job Type**: Part-time
