Our client is a leading global asset manager with a broad range of successful funds across both active and passive strategies. They have a strong commitment to responsible investing. They are hiring a European PR Executive to help support their growing Europeanbusiness. They are looking for a fluency in a European language (German, French, Italian or Spanish).

Key responsibilities include:

- To protect and promote our client's brand and reputation as a leader in responsible investing by anticipating crisis management situations and identifying opportunities that will enhance the firm’s corporate profile in Europe.
- To establish and maintain a contact programme with key European journalists and thought opinion leaders. Find ways to develop strong relationships with them, whether by organising media events or calls, with the objective to raise our client's profile asa global leader in responsible investing, as well as the leading progressive and innovative asset manager in Europe.
- To draft press releases, articles, commentaries, social media posts and other PR and communications documents to the highest standard and with a creative flair. Proofread all written materials to ensure that excellent written communication is achieved.
- Work with key stakeholders to help identify opportunities and create engaging content for dissemination through external media channels. Carry out research on topics and gather information from a wide range of internal and external sources to identify newsstories and news angles.
- Help with day to day management of European PR agencies. Manage media enquiries including the supply of standard communication content and/or escalate enquiries with the team and stakeholders as appropriate. Host media interviews and brief spokespeoplein advance, and help select and coach media spokespeople.
