**_Key responsibilities_**
- Develop a thorough understanding of business objectives and issues, interpret business needs into data and analytical requirements, and deliver valuable insights to internal customers to support operational needs and strategic planning
- Design and develop reports, predictive models and dashboards using Power BI to support customer analysis, sales reporting, and product analysis for clients across all our stakeholders
- Identify opportunities where problems could be resolved or revenue could be increased by using advanced analytics
- Propose and implement methods for testing the effectiveness of changes within the business
- End to end responsibility for building propensity models

**_Required experience_**
- Previous experience in a similar analytical role, working with large and complex datasets
- Experience in designing and setting up reports, predictive modelling and dashboards
- Proficient using SQL
- Experience building propensity models in a commercial setting
- Comfortable building models from scratch
- Strong experience in Power BI with advanced MS Excel
