**Process / CAD Technician**

**Permanent Position**
**Monday to Friday (Day shift)**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Process/CAD Technician with a leading manufacturing business based in Leighton Buzzard on a permanent basis.
The process technician will support the CI team in the operational, manufacturing and improvement projects. The correct applicant will hold a degree qualification within a mechanical engineering discipline with knowledge of CAD Design.**The Process Technician will be required to do the following;**:

- Assessing operational procedures, taking measurements and data gathering to identify improvements on site
- Creating technical documents including: Drawings, testing protocols, installation instructions and work instructions. Ensuring all information/documents created comply with drawing/specification management standards
- Planning and conducting any testing required to verify product, process or equipment performance. Also ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Assisting in supplier selection and evaluation

**The Process Technician is required to have the following;**:

- HND/HNC/Degree in Engineering Discipline (Or relevant degree qualification)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Solidworks experience
