Pub and Bar Lease Gower

Great opportunity to take on and manage a gorgeous well established bar in a stunning area of Gower or manage on a profit share with owners.

As the leaseholder of a pub, your responsibilities would encompass a wide range of tasks. These could include:
1. Business Operations: Managing the overall operations of the pub, including overseeing staff, inventory management, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

2. Financial Management: Handling the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and maximizing profitability.

3. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers, increase sales, and build brand awareness.

4. Compliance: Ensuring that the pub operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, alcohol licensing laws, and food hygiene regulations.

5. Building Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises, as well as any necessary repairs or improvements to the property.

6. Customer Relations: Fostering a welcoming and hospitable environment for customers, resolving any customer concerns or complaints, and developing a loyal customer base.

7. Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

8. Community Engagement: Engaging with the local community and potentially organizing events or collaborations to increase the pub's visibility and involvement in the area.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, a good understanding of the hospitality and bar service industry, financial acumen, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the business.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
