Are you a recent graduate seeking a career within education? Do you have a passion for supporting teaching and learning? If so, Empowering Learning are working in partnership with a Wigan based secondary school looking to recruit an ambitious Graduate Teaching Assistant.

**Key Role Highlights**:

- Graduate Teaching Assistant required as soon as possible.
- Previous experience working with young people is highly advantageous
- Located in Wigan, Greater Manchester.
- Great rate of pay earning £ 75 - £85 per day.

**The school**:
This dynamic mixed comprehensive school has been recently refurbished and serves the local catchment area. Staff have access to free on-site parking, state of the art equipment and modern resources. There is also an abundance of public transport options with links throughout Wigan.

**The role**:
As the successful Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting class teachers, pupils, and department to provide tailored learning for small groups to ensure they have the best chance to reach their full potential, all whilst gaining invaluable experience. You may also be required to cover lessons in the absence of teachers, break duties and support with extracurricular activities where required.
