**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage the reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking and confirming reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, reflecting the restaurant's high standards.
- Assist guests with any inquiries, requests, or concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Coordinate with the restaurant staff to ensure seamless seating and timely service for guests.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
- Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, including dress code and etiquette standards.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Assist in managing phone calls and taking messages.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, host, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation, reflecting the high standards of the fine dining environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate reservation management.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
