**Warehouse & FLT Operative (Monday to Friday 40 hours per week)**

**This is who we are....**The Original Baker is a fast-growing company that manufactures a premium portfolio of artisan products made in a very traditional and time-honoured way. Our products are produced from a modern, well equipped bakery based in Malton and distributed to our many stockists UK wide.

**This is what we want....**We currently have an opportunity to join our growing business within our factory. No two days will be the same so you will need to be flexible and adaptable to enable you to work across all the areas within production.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse/FLT Operative. Duties are varied but will include:

- Unloading stock and transporting to designated Warehouse positions
- Mainly in our freezers. This will be a cold working environment.
- Storing and rotating stock to established procedures.
- Ensuring all goods that are loaded/unloaded match the relevant paperwork.
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the work environment.
- Assist on-site Engineering Services when required
- Following workplace Health & Safety rules at all times
- Hold a current FLT license and have the ability to operate it safely and proficiently
- Physically strong, fit and energetic - you will be lifting and handling some stock, up to approx. 20kg
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- He honest and trustworthy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
