We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Advisor** to join our small friendly team. At **The Journey Centre** - part of the prestigious Trek Group of companies - we retail and fit motor vehicle and leisure accessories such as roof boxes, bike racks and towbars etc. - **If you have previous experience working for a motor spares retailer we would be very interested in speaking with you.**_ Previous experience isn’t necessary as full training will be given, but **an interest in motor and leisure vehicles **would be an advantage. You will work within the team and help to provide excellent customer service. Part of the role is very "hands on", we fit certain accessories as part of our excellent customer service, so you will be involved in fitting roof boxes, towing mirrors, tow bars etc to our customers' vehicles (with training of course). - You will handle customer enquires both by telephone and in store - We operate a mail order operation via our website and other platforms, you will be involved in guiding customer enquires and processing their orders. - Liaising with supplier for technical data and keeping your knowledge at its best To be successful in this role you will need: - An interest in our range of products and services - The ability to understand customer needs - A proactive approach to helping customers - Availability to work on a rota basis, including alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week. - Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.30 - 17.30, Saturday 9.30 - 16.00. - No Sunday working. - **Part-time** could be considered but hours **must include Thursday to Saturday**.
