Following an internal promotion, were now looking for a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator. You will be exceptionally organised, with a keen eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

**Our Recruitment Coordinator will**:

- Work closely with recruiters and own the recruitment coordination activities at all stages of the process, for example advertising vacancies, managing team inboxes, ensuring adherence to GDPR regulations and liaising with key suppliers
- Become the recruitment data reporting specialist, producing monthly KPIs, end of campaign statistics, supporting the preparation of annual budgets and pipeline quality reports
- Build strong working relationships across the company

**Our Recruitment Coordinator will have**:

- Previous experience within a recruitment coordination or similarly fast-paced administrative environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Keen eye for detail, with an analytical mindset
- Methodical approach to problem solving
