We are looking for a motivated engineering supervisor to join one of the worlds largest food manufacturers. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved inall aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming teamof engineers. **Role Description**
- Operational Effectiveness / Prevent, Maintain & Repair
- Provide hands on, technical and troubleshooting support as needed to unplanned breakdowns.
- Coordinate the work allocation to the team. Plan and prioritise work requests, PPMs, and reactive maintenance to ensure it is done on time and within KPI's.
- Administration of the CMMS system.
- Support continuous improvement activities via IDEX, 5y and 5s, root cause analysis and other CI tools.
- Project Planning, Contractor/Vendor Management
- Manages maintenance budget with the Engineering Manager. With responsibility for a subset of cost control of repairs and maintenance and also maintenance labor and parts.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Time served multiskilled Engineer, educated to NVQ level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical discipline with relevant Hands-on experience in a Manufacturing Plant.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Experience using Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques, Root Cause Analysis, and Predictive Maintenance technologies.
- Strong experience of working within a CMMS system. Executing, reviewing, writing and amending TPM routines.
- IOSH Managing Safely qualified.
- Hold certication for IPAF, PASMA, MANSAFE, CONFINED SPACE
